Dzire Group Township

DZIRE GROUP TOWNSHIP 

Dzire Group, established in 2014, is a group of companies which specializes in the field of real estate, education, health, organic farming and broadcasting. The Group, founded by Shri Sanjeev Sharma, believes in excellence beyond human imagination. Keeping this in mind, the Group is planning to construct a township in the Sambhal district of Uttar Pradesh. 

The Group, through its subsidiary companies, owns approximately 30 acres of land in the revenue estate of village Sisona Sailab, Tehsil Gannur, District Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh. 

The Township will consist of: 

1. Dzire World School: A Senior Secondary-cum-Boarding school will be constructed on approximately 10 acres of land. The school plan has already been sanctioned.
2. Food Processing Unit: A food processing unit will be established in approximately 2 acres of land. The unit will include processing of spices, potatoes and other local foods.
3. Organic Farming: The Group plans to cultivate organic foods including herbal medicines in approximately 5 acres of land
4. AMUL Milk Processing Unit: The Group will sanction a Milk Processing Unit having a capacity of processing 1,00,000 litres of milk per day.
5. Yoga Centre: A rehabilitation/yoga centre will be setup in approximately 5 acres of land. It will have an in-house capacity to train and rehabilitate people.
6. Holiday Resort: A holiday resort will be established in approximately 5 acres of land. The resort will include recreational parks, banquet halls etc.
